Blackvue In-Car Power Cable

The Blackvue In-Car Power Cable is a cigarette lighter power cable for all Blackvue dash cameras. It is used to provide continuous power to your Blackvue dash camera while you are driving.

Heres how to use it:

Identify the Power Source: Locate the 12V power outlet or cigarette lighter socket in your vehicle. It’s typically located in the front dashboard area.

Connect the Power Cable: Plug the end of the power cable into the 12V power outlet or cigarette lighter socket in your vehicle. Ensure a secure connection.

Route the Cable: Carefully route the power cable along the interior of your vehicle, making sure it doesn’t obstruct your view or interfere with the operation of the vehicle’s controls. Tuck the cable away neatly to keep it out of the way.

Connect to the Camera: The other end of the power cable will have a connector that plugs into your Blackvue dash camera’s power input. Locate the power input port on your camera and connect the cable securely.

Power On: Once the power cable is connected to both the vehicle’s power source and the dash camera, turn on your vehicle’s ignition. The dash camera should automatically power on and start recording, depending on its settings.

Adjust Cable Length: If the power cable is too long, you can wrap and secure any excess cable to keep it tidy. Ensure that the excess cable does not pose any safety hazards or interfere with your driving.
