The DR950X-1CH is a high-quality Full HD dash camera featuring an ultra-wide 139º viewing angle, built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and impressive low-light recording performance. Recording in Full HD 1080p at 60 frames per second (fps), it is powered by Sony’s advanced STARVIS image sensor to deliver clear and detailed footage, even in low-light conditions. A dedicated Night Vision mode further improves visibility and detail in darker environments when it matters most.
With built-in Wi-Fi and the BlackVue app, connecting the DR590X-1CH using a smartphone or tablet is quick and straightforward, making setup and video playback simple and convenient.
Video recordings can also be accessed on both Windows PC and Apple Mac computers using the included BlackVue Viewer software. The DR590X-1CH also features a compact design, subtle styling and a discreet installation position behind the rear-view mirror. This makes it barely visible from outside the vehicle.
Delivering Full HD 1080p recording quality, the DR590X-1CH offers excellent vehicle protection with smooth 60 frames per second video capture through an ultra-wide 139º viewing angle lens. Equipped with Sony’s STARVIS image sensor, it provides outstanding image clarity in a range of lighting conditions. Optional GPS logging functionality is available with the addition of the DR590X GPS Antenna.
Intelligent Parking Mode
Dash cameras are built to capture journeys, but the BlackVue DR590X-1CH can also help protect your vehicle while it’s parked and unattended.
BlackVue’s Intelligent Parking Mode is perfect for providing added reassurance against incidents such as theft, vandalism, or hit-and-run damage while your vehicle is left unattended. When the ignition is turned off, DR590X-1CH automatically switches into Parking Mode and continues monitoring your vehicle, recording and saving any detected events for later review.
With video buffering technology, the camera also captures the moments immediately before an incident occurs, helping ensure important details are not missed. The DR590X-1CH also features built-in power management circuity designed to prevent excessive battery drain during overnight operation. The system will automatically power down the camera if the vehicle’s battery voltage falls below a pre-set threshold.
